We develop some basic ideas.

We look for  development partners and gauge community support.
Let us know what you think of the general idea.

Contact us if you would like to use the completed facilities for your team, community group.
2 or 3 months

We decide on what type and size of facilities should be included.

We propose how the buildings might look, what hours the site will be open and how traffic can be managed.
This will be your opportunity to comment on specific parts of the design.

We particularly want to hear from neighbours, potential users and local interest groups.
2 or 3 months

We will take on board your comments and tweak the design before submitting a planning application to the local authority.

Elmbridge will then have their own consultation process before (hopefully) granting permission.
We will encourage people to send letters of support directly to Elmbridge.
2 or 3 months

We will progress the design work to enable builders to tender for the construction work.
We will accept expressions of interest from local builders who want to be involved in building out the scheme.
3 or 4 months

Shortlisted contractors will be invited submit tenders for the work.

The selected firm will then carry out the works.

5 or 6 months

The scheme will open to the public.
Depending how the scheme develops, the sports facilities will probably be available for hire by local teams and the camp site will be open to the general public.
